Teaching and Learning Fundamentals for Tutors and Demonstrators

This badge is awarded to DCU postgraduate research students who complete the course 'Teaching and Learning Fundamentals for Tutors and Demonstrators', provided through a joint effort by the DCU Graduate Studies Office and DCU Teaching Enhancement Unit. Upon completion of this course learners will be able to: 1) Apply experiences of active learning to one’s own teaching context; 2) Create constructively aligned and inclusive class plans; 3) Assess and provide constructive feedback to students in conjunction with a rubric; 4) Reflect on multi-disciplinary individual and group learning experiences and implications for future practice.
